Hawkeye Vintage Consignment Agreement T&C’s
Thank you for your interest in consigning your Authentic Luxury goods with Hawkeye Vintage. Please read and sign this form if you wish to proceed in consigning your goods with us. By consigning your goods with Hawkeye Vintage means that you are offering us 100% authenticity guaranteed products. Proof of purchase or certificate of Authenticity will be a huge advantage, We have the right to refuse the goods if we think the goods are questionable for authenticity or if they are just not suitable for our store or condition is not up to our standard.
Please be aware that if Counterfeit items are consigned to us this may lead in legal action against you.
Once you have presented your items to us and we value the item with a price to sell it for in our store, You will receive, example: 75% of the sale upon sale of the goods not prior. This means that Hawkeye Vintage will take 25% off the sale which covers 10% GST and 15% commission for our time. Our commission rate is 25% if priced over $500 and 35% if priced under $500.
Options of Payment
1-You may take the 65-75% of the sale payable to you via Bank Transfer or,
2-You may take 80% of the sale in a Voucher to re spend in our store or to go towards your next purchase, No refund or change given.
Hawkeye Vintage is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items, It will be your risk to take with consigning with us, in saying that we will ensure to keep the item in its original condition as it was given to us and all security measures will apply as per normal with our own stock. Hawkeye Vintage sell goods in many avenues We can hold your items for up to 6 months. After a 2 Month period if it has not sold we would recommend lowering the price to be on “SALE” or for you to collect the item.
