Are all Hawkeye Vintage items authentic?

Absolutely. Every single piece in our collection is 100% authentic. Each item is meticulously handpicked and inspected by Danielle herself—if it doesn't meet her Hawkeye-level scrutiny, it doesn't make the cut.

How do you rank the condition of your pieces?Β 

We use a clear condition ranking to ensure transparency about the quality of our items.

  • Pristine: 0-10% wear, virtually like new with minimal to no signs of use.
  • Excellent: 10-20% wear, showing slight wear consistent with gentle usage.
  • Great Vintage: 20%+ wear, showcasing noticeable wear that highlights the unique character and history of a true vintage piece.

Do you offer returns, refunds & exchanges?

We believe in love at first sight, so all sales are final—no returns, refunds, or exchanges. This applies to auction items, live sales, pop-up events, and world tour locations. We do our best to give thorough descriptions during sales to help you make informed decisions, and we're here to answer your questions before you commit. If you have any queries after receiving your item, contact us within 7 days.

Yes, we ship worldwide!

What are your shipping costs?

Domestic shipping within Australia is a flat $25 per item. International orders start at $45, with custom quotes available based on your location.

What payment methods are available?

All prices are in AUD. Other currencies shown are for guidance only. We accept:

Do you offer Laybuy?

Want to reserve your dream find? Our Laybuy option lets you pay a 25% deposit with the balance due in 8 weeks. Heads up: Your Laybuy is forfeited if you don't complete the payment. All Laybuy payments are non-refundable.

Do you have a shop?

We’re primarily online—bringing luxury vintage straight to your fingertips. View our collection. But, for those who love in-person browsing, we occasionally host pop-up events.

Can I sell my items through Hawkeye?

Do you have a membership program, and how do I become a member?

Yes! Our HAWKETTE VIP MEMBERSHIP CLUB offers unparalleled perks for luxury fashion lovers, including priority access to exclusive sales, early previews of new collections, and automatic entry into monthly luxury giveaways.
