Do you offer returns, refunds & exchanges?
We believe in love at first sight, so all sales are final—no returns, refunds, or exchanges. This applies to auction items, live sales, pop-up events, and world tour locations. We do our best to give thorough descriptions during sales to help you make informed decisions, and we're here to answer your questions before you commit. Step 1 - Tune In: Join the live sale on our website at the scheduled time.
Step 2 - Spot an Item: As the host showcases items, decide which pieces you’d like to buy.
Step 3 - Comment ‘BUY’: To purchase VIA the website live, simply comment ‘BUY’’ along with the item code that will be displayed for that item (e.g., BUY AA) in the comment section.
Step 4 - Be Quick: If multiple people comment ‘BUY’ for the same item, it will be allocated to the first person who commented.
Step 5 - Receive Confirmation: If you’re the lucky buyer, the website will automatically allocate the item to you and send you payment link to make payment and process your order
Step 6 - Secure Payment: To secure your purchase, you must complete your payment within 15-30 minutes. Please follow the website prompts and for payment use your order reference number if you use bank transfer option.
Step 7 - Confirm Shipping: Make sure you have paid the correct shipping fee and surcharge options, enter your delivery details at check out once you have paid on the website and your item will be shipped to you ASAP.

- Click the link in the email or login to your Shopify My Account
- Scroll down to the Laybuy area in your My Account and click to make a payment

- Make sure you put the Shopify order number as your reference
- Click "I've Paid" button to let Hawkeye Vintage know you have paid
- You will get reminder emails about your weekly payments, and you can make your weekly payments via your Shopify My Account area. So make sure you complete your weekly payments on time to get your goods sooner
