Our consignment service lets you turn your pre-loved unwanted pieces back into Money or another item to update your wardobe. We’ve been around for a while, which means selling with us guarantees your items are showcased to an audience who appreciates the value of second hand designer items.

How Does It Work? Here’s a step-by-step guide to selling with us. 

Firstly, Submit the Consignment Request form via the website. Ensure you are completely transparent regarding the bag's condition and make sure you include detailed images.  

• HV will review the submission and either approve or reject the item
• Once HV approves the item, the customer will be notified via email to ship the item to HV, customer should update their consignee dashboard once they ship the item to SHIPPED
• Once HV receives and it’s been reviewed in person, the consignee dashboard will be updated, and you will receive the price value for your item
• Customer  can now choose to accept or reject the price quoted by HV ( shall you reject it you must pay for the return shipping)
• Once both HV and the customer agrees on the price to sell the bag, HV will upload on website and show during live selling 
• Once sold, customer can choose on how they want to take funds, payout options below:
• Under $500 - 35% commission 65% pay out
• Over $500 - 25% commission 75% pay out
• Store credit - 20% commission 80% Voucher!
• If not sold after two months HV will suggest to reduce the price, if customer doesn't agree they can get their item returned to them, they have to pay $25 for shipping, in most cases with the reduced price the item will sell fast. 
• Once your item has been sold we make payment within 7 days

Consignment T&Cs 

• Items must be personally owned by the consignee and not selling on behalf of someone else
• No stolen goods or FAKES are to be accepted
• Items must be in pristine condition, HV have the rights to reject items that are not HV quality standards
• It is HV’s discretion to perform authentication services if we think the item is questionable, if items are found to be counterfeit the customer must pay the authenticity fee $45-95 and shipping fee $25 for the return or the item will be disposed
