  • Absolutely. Every single piece in our collection is 100% authentic. Each item is meticulously handpicked and inspected by Danielle herself—if it doesn't meet her Hawkeye-level scrutiny, it doesn't make the cut.

  • We use a clear condition ranking to ensure transparency about the quality of our items.

    • Pristine: 0-10% wear, virtually like new with minimal to no signs of use.
    • Excellent: 10-20% wear, showing slight wear consistent with gentle usage.
    • Great Vintage: 20%+ wear, showcasing noticeable wear that highlights the unique character and history of a true vintage piece.
  • All prices are in AUD. Other currencies shown are for guidance only. We accept:

    1. Click product link
    2. Add item to cart 
    3. Select bank transfer during checkout
    4. Check your email for order confirmation
    5. Go to your bank and make the bank transfer payment to Hawkeye Vintage account
    6. Make sure to transfer the exact amount (including any fees) and use Shopify order number as your reference 
    7. After making the payment, come back to the email and click I've Paid button to notify Hawkeye Vintage that you've paid, so your goods can be shipped quicker
    1. With our laybuy option, you pay  25% deposit with the balance due in 8 weeks
    2. Heads up: Your Laybuy is forfeited if you don't complete the payment. All Laybuy payments are non-refundable.
    3. Select bank transfer during checkout
    4. Check your email with information about making your first deposit
    5. Click the link in the email or login to your Shopify My Account
    6. Scroll down to the Laybuy area in your My Account and click to make a payment
    7. Select your payment method for the first deposit
    8. For bank transfer payments, go to your bank app and transfer funds to Hawkeye Vintage
    9. Make sure you put the Shopify order number as your reference 
    10. Click "I've Paid" button to let Hawkeye Vintage know you have paid 
    11. You will get reminder emails about your weekly payments, and you can make your weekly payments via your Shopify My Account area. So make sure you complete your weekly payments on time to get your goods sooner

Shipping


  • Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

  • Domestic shipping within Australia is a flat $25 per item. International orders start at $45, with custom quotes available based on your location.

LIVE SALE GUIDE


  • Step 1 – Tune In:
    Join the live sale on our website at the scheduled time.

    Step 2 – Spot an Item:
    Watch as the host showcases each item and decide what you’d like to purchase.

    Step 3 – Comment SOLD:
    To buy, comment ‘SOLD [item code]’ (e.g., SOLD AA) in the live chat on the website.

    Step 4 – Be Quick:
    Items are sold on a first-comment basis. The fastest ‘SOLD’ comment gets the item.

    Step 5 – Receive Confirmation:
    If you're the successful buyer, the system will automatically allocate the item to you and send you a payment link.

    Step 6 – Make Payment:
    Complete payment within 15–30 minutes to secure your item. Follow the prompts. If paying via bank transfer, use your order reference number.

    Step 7 – Confirm Shipping:
    After payment, confirm your shipping details and pay any applicable shipping fees or surcharges. Your order will be shipped ASAP!
