Thank you for your interest in consigning your Authentic Luxury goods with Hawkeye Vintage. Please read and sign this form if you wish to proceed in consigning your goods with us. By consigning your goods with Hawkeye Vintage means that you are offering us 100% authenticity guaranteed products. Proof of purchase or certificate of Authenticity will be a huge advantage, We have the right to refuse the goods if we think the goods are questionable for authenticity or if they are just not suitable for our store or condition is not up to our standard. We will not accept items that you are trying to sell on behalf of someone else. You must be the owner of the goods. We will not accept stolen goods.

Please note that you MUST mention any flaws, and also let us know if the items has been refurbished or retouched in ANY way.

Please be aware that if Counterfeit items are consigned to us this may lead in legal action against you.

Once you have presented your items to us and we value the item with a price to sell it for in our store, You will receive, example: 75% of the sale upon sale of the goods not prior. This means that Hawkeye Vintage will take 25% off the sale which covers 10% GST and 15% commission for our time. Our commission rate is 25% if priced over $500 and 35% if priced under $500. 

Options of Payment

1-You may take the 65-75% of the sale payable to you via Bank Transfer or,
2-You may take 80% of the sale in a Voucher to re spend in our store or to go towards your next purchase, No refund or change given.

We are now offering an Entrupy Authentication service. The worlds best luxury authentication solution using artificial intelligence and microscopic computer vision. You may purchase Authentication as follows:

Entrupy Authentication - $55 each
Entrupy Hermes - $95 each
Hawkeye Vintage Authentication - $45 each

Please be aware that If we believe an item is a replica we will proceed to authenticate it with our AI Entrupy machine (bags only) or with our in-house authentication (for other accessories and clothing) which will incur a fee for authentication (prices stated above) Note that the costs will be covered by you if the item is found to be a replica, if the item for the contrary is authentic you will not be charged for the authentication service provided to your item.

By filling out this form, you also agree to cover the shipping costs that will incur sending the item/s to us for consignment, and also to send back to you in case you decide later on to not sell anymore, or the item was found to be counterfeit, not up to our standards, or for any other reason we might need to return it to you.

The flat rate fees for shipping are:

Australia wide - $15 (per 2 items)
International shipping - $45 AUD (per 2 items)
