Step 1: Submit Your Request: Start by filling out our comprehensive Sourcing Request Form. This is your opportunity to provide us with all the details about your dream item. Include Brand, model, or era, the more information you provide, the better our team can understand your preferences. Don't forget to include a realistic budget to ensure we can match your expectations with the right pieces. Please provide photo reference of the item. 

Step 2: Our Expert Review: Our Head of Sourcing will carefully review all the details once your request is submitted. Our sourcing team, renowned for its expertise and connections, will evaluate the feasibility of your request and start the hunt!

Step 3: Timely Updates and Reminders: We know that waiting for the perfect piece can be both exciting and anxious so we’ll keep you informed throughout the sourcing process. If we haven't found your item within a specified time frame, we'll send sourcing reminders to check if you're still interested in pursuing your request.

Step 4: Securing Your Item: Once we've located your piece, we'll notify you immediately. Upon your acceptance of the quote, you’ll pay for your item. After payment is received, your item will be secured and prepared for delivery.
