Hawkeye Vintage is dedicated to delivering 100% guaranteed, authentic vintage luxury items. We recognise that it is ILLEGAL to sell fake designer pieces and confine to this rule with the highest degree of sincerity. Receive a personalised Hawkeye Vintage Authenticity Card to accompany purchased item for an additional fee of $45ea.

We grade our quality of Vintage goods using the following : Pristine, Good and Shabby. Please remember that these items are pre-loved, so expect some wear. They are not new and some do not come with packaging.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our items are in pristine vintage condition. Vintage refers to items that have been previously owned by someone else. Stains, fading, etc. can be present on our items however, we are honest and exact on all descriptions of our stock. The buyer should recognise that while quality is an extremely important factor that we put at the forefront of our sourcing, small wear and minor scratches are a possibility due to usage. If you are unhappy with the condition of your item from Hawkeye Vintage after receiving it, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. We are not responsible for the manufacturing quality of the products. We do not produce these items.
Lay-by payment plans are available by selecting lay-by option. We require a deposit of 25% up front and up to 8 weeks to complete all payments. Any payments made are part of the Termination Fee and will not be refunded. Any outstanding fees are considered debt collectable. Hawkeye Vintage have the right to engage a debt collection service to recover monies outstanding and any additional costs incurred.

-Zip Pay (5% surcharge)
-Bank Transfer AUS and NZ account (Preferred)
-Credit card and Amex over the phone (2.7% surcharge)
-Payment plans/lay-by option of 25% deposit and 6-8 weeks to complete payment (non-refundable).
RETURN POLICYAll Hawkeye Vintage products are carefully curated and checked for authenticity, quality and VINTAGE condition. We are not required to accommodate a refund or return if you change your mind. If there is a manufacturing fault Hawkeye Vintage are not responsible for this and will not accept returns.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges, unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your item. If the item is eligible for a return, it must be posted at the customers expense to Hawkeye Vintage within 7 days of receipt. Returns are only considered, if we are notified within the 48HR period of receiving your item. No exceptions.
Hawkeye Vintage is unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale merchandise, hair accessories, hats, earrings, bodysuits or swimwear for hygiene reasons.
